Designed to help you build a strong and resilient body through a combination of weightlifting and high-intensity interval training. All fitness levels welcome.
Mobility and Strength Training are joint at the hip – you can’t have one without the other. Using bodyweight only, we’ll target specific areas of the body and/or movements, teaching the skills needed to live a pain free, mobile life.
Get the kinks out by releasing tightness or pain, re-balancing the body and mind through light movement, stretching, and stillness. The perfect class for those focused on restoration.
