Class Descriptions

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

If you want to push yourself to the limit or you like to train hard this class is for you! This class uses tabata and circuit training combined with a variety of strength and conditioning equipment to get your heart pumping and your muscles burning.

Strength & Conditioning

This class offers a variety of strength training, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning methods to strengthen your muscles and cardiovascular system. Equipment used may include dumbbells, bars, bands, squat racks, medicine balls, etc...

Strength Thru Mobility

Mobility and strength training are joined at the “hip”. You cannot have one without the other. Yet, so many of us think strength comes from weights alone.Unfortunately, this thought process can lead you to injury, plateauing, and/or burnout. Too much strength without Mobility is as bad as too much Mobility without Strength. Success comes with balance. In this 1hr class, you will learn, laugh, and move with purpose. With the use of body weight, we target specific body areas (hips, shoulders, knees, legs etc…) and/or movements (squats, overhead press, pull-ups etc…) learning the skills necessary to have a pain free, mobile life.

Cross-training is key.

This class is good if you experience:

  • Sore joints and muscles while working out
  • Lack of progression in the gym
  • Lack in coordination & balance
  • Recovery from injury
  • Lack of mobility
  • Self-doubt

Yoga Gentle Flow

Move slowly with intention. Allow your breath to help you relieve tension, anxiety and discomfort in mind, body and soul. Ease into poses with clear guidance and let your own melody of breath to movement to take you to your place of inner peace.

Yoga Pre/Deep Stretch

Pre and Post Yoga: Special asanas (poses) chosen to specifically strengthen and lengthen pre or post workout sessions. No matter the type of fitness, PPY (PrePOST Yoga) has you covered! Your body will move better with ease and closer to your fitness GOALS!
