Class Descriptions

Kettlebells

This class uses kettlebells to challenge your strength, endurance and cardiovascular system. In this class you will learn a variety of lifting techniques and how to train the entire body with kettlebells!

Thursdays at 8pm

Mobility Tune-up

A blend of corrective exercise principles combined with various stretching modalities designed to highlight joint mobility and stability. This practice is excellent for athletes or anyone who is looking to be pain free. The results are immediate relief from chronic tension, increased power through a greater range of movement, increased strength and healthy, supple joints.

Wednesdays 7:00pm

Strength & Conditioning

This class offers a variety of strength training, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning methods to strengthen your muscles and cardiovascular system. Equipment used may include dumbbells, bars, bands, squat racks, medicine balls, etc...

Monday 6am & 8pm, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 6am
