Classes are always FREE for VIP Members

Class Descriptions

Date Night Workout

Date night is an opportunity for you and your partner to get a workout in! Bring your kids!!! We will set your kids up with a movie and pizza in our waiting room with a babysitter ($2 per child) while you work out! Do your own routine or follow one of Dave and Chelsea’s workouts.

Fridays 6:30pm

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

If you want to push yourself to the limit or you like to train hard this class is for you! This class uses tabata and circuit training combined with a variety of strength and conditioning equipment to get your heart pumping and your muscles burning.

Tues 9am • Thurs 6:45pm

Mobility & Stretching

Using the FRC (Functional Range Conditioning) method, this class is designed to improve your body’s mobility and joint health. Don’t be fooled with the mindset that this class will be done laying on a mat. This class will have you moving through a full body routine all the way from your neck to your toes followed by stretches to alleviate tight muscles.

Saturdays 8:30am

Mobility Tune-up

A blend of corrective exercise principles combined with various stretching modalities designed to highlight joint mobility and stability. This practice is excellent for athletes or anyone who is looking to be pain free. The results are immediate relief from chronic tension, increased power through a greater range of movement, increased strength and healthy, supple joints.

Weds 6:30pm & 7:45pm

Nothing but Core

This class is all about the core! This workout will target your abdominals, oblique’s and lower back muscles by using a variety of stabilizing and strengthening exercises. You will learn that you don’t need to do crunches in order to work your core!

Thursdays 5:45pm

Squat Fundamentals

Team FST is running a 4 week squat wave where we will go through everything from ankle mobility, to abdominal bracing, lat engagement and feet/hip screwing.

Class is for everyone, from the never squatted to the heavy lifters. Fundamentals are for everyone!

Included will be a 4 week program specifically designed to strengthen your squat and reinforce technique and form.

Class runs every Saturday starting on March 21st at 8am.
$20 per day (free for unlimited members)

Yoga

This class is designed to increase mobility, stability, and flexibility by the use of various tools. A logical combination of yoga, mobility, and corrective exercises to help improve your body function as well as increase relaxation.
