Class Descriptions

Friday Flow

This class takes you through a challenging workout where you move through a variety of exercises without rest in between to get your heart rate up and burn calories. Exercises in this class may include body weight only, dumbbells, bars, bands, kettlebells etc...

Friday's 7:00am & 4:30pm


This class uses Kettlebells to challenge your strength, endurance and cardiovascular system! In this class you will learn a variety of lifting techniques and how to train the entire body with Kettlebells!

Saturdays 9:15am

Kettlebell flow

Have fun while building multi-planar strength & power in this kettlebell flow class. In the first half of this class, we build strong & powerful bodies through foundational movements. In the second half, we combine these movements into a fun kettlebell flow, which might include a bit of sweat.

Wednesdays at 7am

Mobility & Stretching

Using the FRC (Functional Range Conditioning) method, this class is designed to improve your body's mobility and joint health. Don't be fooled with the mindset that this class will be done laying on a mat. This class will have you moving through a full body routine all the way from your neck to your toes followed by stretches to alleviate tight muscles.

Saturdays 10:30am

Mobility Tune-up

A blend of corrective exercise principles combined with various stretching modalities designed to highlight joint mobility and stability. This practice is excellent for athletes or anyone who is looking to be pain free. The results are immediate relief from chronic tension, increased power through a greater range of movement, increased strength and healthy, supple joints.

Wednesdays 7:00pm

Strength & Conditioning

This class offers a variety of strength training, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning methods to strengthen your muscles and cardiovascular system. Equipment used may include dumbbells, bars, bands, squat racks, medicine balls, etc...
