Summer 2022
Promotions
Summer Student Promotion
- Duration: May 1st - August 31st.
- Requirements: Must be a university or collage student, must show student card when registering for membership.
- Cost: $140 for 4-months.
- Additional notes: Upfront payment required.

Mothers Train for Free
- Duration: Friday, May 6th – Sunday, May 9th, 2022.
- Additional notes: Mothers are invited to train at FST for free over this period.

Classes
Sunset Bootcamp and Sunset Yoga
- Details: Guided evening Bootcamp & Yoga classes, running weeknights between 5-7pm.
- Additional notes: Members interested in attending will need to register prior to class booking – a minimum of 5 attendees will be required for a class to run. A sign-up sheet will be made available shortly.
