My focus has always been on training for longevity. In both athletes and individuals, combining strength training with proper movement patterns is critical to preventing injury and maintaining health. I’m passionate about the intersection of these training systems and lifestyle habits, and how the two working in tandem can allow us to live life to the fullest, whatever that may mean.
I have a formal education in Psychology, Behavioural Science, and Strength and Conditioning. It’s the combination of these three domains that allows me to train clients with an emphasis on developing physical and mental systems for long term success.
